Those are LEDs, the incandescent bulbs go through the back of the housing and the lens is clear red.

These are LED taillights. Only the backup light is a standard bulb. This is how Mopar makes all of them.

No but Moparman16 may have a set. You need a pair of LED taillight adapters and a pair of rear harnesses.
