My 2007.5 3500 cab and chassis 6.7 does a funny hesitation when going 1-10mph the engine cuts out and rpms drop to 600-700 it jerks a few times then recovers. This only happens when my 4wd hi and low light flicker which they do now and again whenever I'm going slow. If I shift into 4wd the lights stop flickering and it doesn't do it stuttering anymore. Ring any bells? I'm attaching link to a youtube video so you can see yourself. The audio doesn't capture it as well as I had hoped.

You may want to try cumminsforum if you haven't already.

If I had to guess, because of the 4wd indicators flashing, it's a sensor on the trans or transfer case. But at a loss right now on why they would flash, engine acts like it's going to die, but recovers if you engage 4wd if you need to remain under 10 mph
