I found another forum on 5th gens by accident lol seems to be a common issue! Some stay on some go off.. Seems like no external switch like the 4th Gens

I saw there's a STAR case about the Upper Glove Box not latching. The Case Number is S1823000022. Although I am not a trained technician, maybe the door is not properly latching which caused the light to stay on. For more details about the STAR case, I recommend connecting with your dealer. In another thread about the Glove Box on a 5th Gen staying on ,I was curious and found a 5th Gen forum that had the same issues and a answer . I posted in our 5th Gen forum but figured it could get lost with all the other post.
