I would suggest you get a 6.4 air box at the wreckers and replace the 5.7. Will be a lot easier than trying to mate up two disparate parts.

Thanks for the reply, trying to keep the 5.7 airbox as I’m wanting to use the kit that goes from the hood scoop to the 5.7 CAI airbox, looking like I might have to break out the manual pipe bender

You know the CAI air box is a step backwards from the factory gear? You may like the looks better however. Also, if you use the oil/foam CAI filter you are introducing potential problems there as well.

The CAI airbox was from mopar that uses the oil free blue filter, hopefully their CAI isn’t a downgrade from their regular airbox

Which 6.4 did you drop in,the lower compression torque monster truck 6.4 or the higher compression SRT 6.4.

In a daily driver 1500,i personally think you did the right thing,as the truck 6.4 makes great torque, plus will live on 87 octane.Throw in a mild cam and set of long tubes, and i think you're onto to a great combination for a tire spinning daily driver, that won't break the bank needing 91 or better fuel.
