6.7 injector pump warranty question

So, I can't get a straight answer from Chrysler.

Is the CP3 front injector pump covered under the 5/100,000 powertrain warranty or is it not?

My '14 injector has started knocking and I'd like to replace it before it goes super-nova and I have to rebuild the engine.

Chrysler will not give me a straight answer, dealership doesn't know the answer and I can't find one online.

I believe it said it was when I looked at he warranty manual the other day. I'll have to look again.

What kind of noise is it making?

It is making a loud metal to metal knocking sound, like a hard wrapping sound almost like if you tapped a hammer on a pipe.

Dang! No way should that be a normal sound

No, it shouldn't. The 14s had trouble with them for some reason . This is my 3rd '14, long story, and they've all had this issue. They fixed it for 2015 though. My small company has a few 15s and they're all fine.
