2017 Ram 2500 Crewcab long bed 6.4 Hemi 98??? Miles

Got the bad news yesterday, going to need the transmission rebuilt. They said 4th gear was losing pressure and that’s why it dropped into limp mode.
$6500 plus tax for thr rebuild. Going with new billet torque converter, new valve body and solenoid along with new bands. I don’t think 6500 is a bad price from what’ve seen. What is your opinion?

there are no bands in the 45rfe family of transmissions, and in my opinion a billet converter is a waste of money, never heard of a hemi ballooning a converter. best money spent would be for a transgo high pressure tuneless kit
