When I take my ram on the highway, and only on the highway, once I hit over the (estimated) 65MPH mark, the truck's ABS and BRAKE lights turn on, and will stay on until I turn off the truck. However, no difference performance wise. Any ideas / solutions??

That's speed sensor related. Located in the rear diff, near the top. You could try pulling it out and cleaning it first before you go replacing it.

Totally different but my VW had similar issue when had axles changed! The speed sensors were loosing connection to the tone ring and was causing issues! So I pulled them out cleaned it and works perfectly! A good cleaning may help!

Both mine came on and I changed out the rear speed sensor no luck. Changed out the hub assemblies in the front and it went away. Bad wheel bearing on front passenger side was the problem

Unless you have 4wheel ABS dont bother with the front wheels, just check the rear on top of the diff. Just be careful getting it out as my buddy just picked up a 99 ram and snapped it trying to get it out because he forced it.
