I have a 04 ram 2500 5.7L hemi with a 5 speed nv4500 manual transmission. I'm not sure if it's related or not, but I recently changed the clutch and I've been dealing with a bunch of small random issues since. The most interesting one is when it's 40 degrees or colder the abs/brake light comes on first thing. After about 2-3 miles it'll go off. This morning I checked with a test light to see if I had power at the fuses. I had power at the 40A abs pump fuse but not the 10A abs module ign-run fuse. I let the truck run and warm up constantly checked for power. Once the truck was up to temp the lights went out and I had power at the module fuse. The only thing I noticed prior to getting power is the ac clutch relay would click. Once power returns it wont be an issue until the following morning, if it's cold enough.
Part 2 of this, and only happens when the abs/brake light is on. When I push the clutch in to down shift the voltage will drop. Only happens when I down shift, not upshift. The truck did stall on me at a stop sign one morning and that's when I noticed. I can be in neutral and cruise and be fine, once I'm in a lower gear it's fine. Just that moment of right before going into a lower gear. I've tried holding in the clutch won't do it, tried shifting slowly into a higher gear, it won't do it. So, yeah, that's weird.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
