ABS class action lawsuits

I've heard of class action lawsuits in California and Texas regarding the faulty ABS on 2018 models. Does anyone know if there is a suit going on in Michigan or if I can get in on one of the California or Texas suits?

It is interesting to read, my ABS and think the HCU modules went bad a couple years ago and were replaced under warranty. And not sure if related but I have had problems with my cruise control not turning on despite repeated attempts and then all of a sudden it will turn on randomly while driving. I see the original party in the lawsuit indicates a problem with cruise control. Think this lawsuit could eventually combine any others and all might be covered.
