Hi everyone,

I was wondering if any of you could tell me if bringing the front end of my 2017 Ram 1500 Express up 2" will have a negative impact on the ride of the truck?

Thanks in advance.

I just put 2.5" spacers on my 11 Ram 1500 and it didn't change the ride quality at all.

I ended up doing Bilsteins on my leveling. Of course at the time I had over 195k miles on my originals so I figured it was time to change them anyway. Since I plan on keeping my truck a while longer I decided to do a complete suspension upgrade rather than sink $65k into getting a brand new one from the stealership that use Fox shocks and everything else Mopar for their 3" lift/level. The only "durable" component I kept was the front LCAs which are pretty solid. This worked out for my needs instead of spending $$$$ on an Icon setup (an excellent setup, but beyond what I was willing to spend). Didn't feel the need to change the swaybars, but I might as some point in the future.

As far as driving manners...the upgrades took all the "slop" out of the suspension.

I put a 4 corner Bilstein 5100 kit in set to 2.8" with the Tufttuck 50% payload increase in the rear. It sits a little higher in the front than the back. Looking to get a 2" spacer for the rear. Does anyone have any suggestions on brand or material. I've looked at the Supreme. What's better the aluminum or the high density Delrin? Any help would be appreciated.
