Stability is in setup. Not size of vehicle. I'm sure your confident in the 2500HD.

I'd have to substitute "stability" with "driveabilty". No need to quote Ian Malcolm. To OP: weigh, balance, drive, tweak, repeat. Yeehaw, happy hauling.

Funny because it's the Canadians who are the most staunch opponents of towing with smaller cars. Can-Am in Canada is the dealer that setups and road tests smaller cars. Read one report where they towed a 33 footer with a 300C with the hemi. They have a loyal following and seem to be towing experts.

Personally I'll stick with trucks. And it does kind of depend on your towing if we're honest. Match the vehicle for the mission. If you're just dragging your trailer from storage to the lake thru town maybe you are fine with a Astro Van or something.

Going up Pikes Peak is another story. :)

PS, nothing really does tow like an Airstream: http://www.canamrv.ca/files/3514/2783/6120/Mercedes_C350.mp4
