I bought my 2014 used just under a year ago and I'm still finding new things about it. While changing out the rear license plate frame I noticed there is an air inflation nozzle next to it. I've read some and see that it is supposed to be an air ride towing system of some sorts. I'll remember the official name at some point. When and how should this be used? I've carried loads of busted concrete in the bed and towed a small trailer of furniture so far. Would this have been of any real benefit?

I have more questions, but I'll stick with one question at a time. Thanks.

The factory air ride suspension doesn't have an external fill port. There would be buttons on the dash under the radio and on your key fob.
That fill port is for aftermarket helper bags that would be inside the rear coil springs or mounted where the axle bump(axle to frame style) stop would be.
Most want you to keep a minimum of 5 psi in them. If they are the ones inside the coil springs, you need to inflate them to 35 psi before loading the truck. If the airbags are axle to frame style, you can inflate them to level the truck off after loading.
