Yeah. They will beat you to death if you do that. Air them down to around 6-8 psi. When your not hauling anything. And then air up to level your load out.

What's there max psi?and will my 1" rear spacers get in the way at all?

Seems like 35psi is max. I'm not sure about the spacer though.

You should be good to go then. The hose will run up through the center of the spacers.

Yep. Double check with Airlift but you oughta be good to go. I ran mine 28 psi all day every day.
