Alpha obd fob program help

Hi I have a 2018 ram I’m trying to program a key fob but I get this error. I have a security bypass cable and veepak obd Bluetooth. Do I need to get the other type of fob? Any help would be great

Where are you in SC? I have AlfaOBD and an mx cable, and some other tools. I'm near Greenville SC, would be willing to help a forum member if we're not too far away.
