I saw someone mention once that the alpine sub under the back seat is capable of being relocated behind the back seat, but I can’t find any follow up on that. Has anyone done this and can you provide any insight? I’d love to gain my storage back under the seat, my 14” adjustable draw bar takes up a little bit of room lol

you are the first person that I ever seen ask about this. I can't believe a sub plus enclosure would fit behind the seat but maybe its possible....however how would you mount it so it is secure?

Its easy to remove so why not unplug it and try to shove it back there. Maybe with a seat lift you'd gain some clearance. Wiring would be about as simple as it gets. Just tuck it under the carpet and extend it if you can make the box fit. As long as theres space a mount would be pretty easy with a little metal fab. Cpuple brackets coming off the existing mounts to the seat anchors
