Story time: (go to tl:dr toward bottom to skip)
I purchased these off Craigslist from a guy who tells me it comes with everything ready to install(and if you are this guy, you're a sack of sh*#). They came off his old 2500 and he is getting rid of them because he couldn't get the cost of them back with the sale of his truck.
I get home and look over the installation instructions and realize I don't have half the hardware needed to install. After renaming the guy a few times in my mind I call up amp research (which has to have some of the best customer service ever).
They ask for the model number and proceed to charge me for a hardware parts kit that has all the screws and everything. After I get it, it seems it is the wrong one or at least not all the parts. I call back and they say there are two versions of the model number I gave and I must have the first version and they should have asked before sending me the one they did.
They send me the necessary parts and I am missing one more item. I call them up and they apologize for the multiple mix ups and offer a significant discount on a new set I couldn't refuse.
After I installed the new set I figured I should sell the one I got off Craigslist. I called and purchased the last item I needed originally so I could sell it as a complete set. Overall it was a blessing in disguise.

Power steps model: 75138-01A rev.A
Used power steps unknown how long. One step has a scrape underneath. Wouldn't be able to see it when installed.
Comes with new harness with the odb connector, new hardware pack and new power module. The only thing not new are the actual steps and the motors (motors work great, plugged them into my truck). I'll be including the original parts that I received upon purchase even though you won't need them ( why make a bigger mess in my shop when I can do it to yours?!)
The steps' black coating is a little worn on the driver side. Amp customer service told me they use: DUPLI COLOR Truck Bed Coating model# TR-250 for them.
