Cab Mounts

I have a 2015 Ram CrewCab and crawled under the truck today because I have a rattle coming from the left side. Sounds like it's under the truck when hitting bumps. I thought my cab steps were lose but were tight, but I noticed my cab mounts and they don't look right to me. All of them look some what the same to a degree. Need yalls advice to see if this is normal or is something off?

Fyi….bolts are all tights and truck only has ~85k miles on it.

It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but those washers usually compress a rubber “cushion “. I don’t see a lot of rubber. Those bolts are usually put in with a blue loctite so they don’t back out

Pretty sure mine look the same
