Will amp power steps work on my truck with a 3in body lift and will they hide the under carage of the truck while folded up? And will I have to make custom brackets?

From what I have seen with the Amp powersteps, the lift shouldn't affect them from tucking under the truck. In terms of the steps, almost positive they make extensions to extend the steps depending on your height.

I'm pretty sure you will have to notch the frame if you have a BL

on the rams do they fold all the way underneith the truck or do the stick out a little and look like they are part of the body because most of the amp steps i have seen you can still see them but they are angled where they look like part of the body

I'm sure they tuck up like my bestop powerboards. Barely noticeable. I love them. Better my height challenged wife finds them invaluable for strapping our two kids into car seats.

They mount to the cab so I don't believe a body lift would affect them.

Rwalk is correct. From everything I've read you will need to notch the frame because they will hit when swinging in.
