how often should one use this?

Label says to use every 4000 miles. One bottle will treat and clean the whole system. The every 4000 is just to keep it clean. Using it more or less is fine.

hey heath will this stuff work with carburated engines, i think my C10 has some crap in the fuel system ive been trying to get out of it, ive run 2 diff types of lucas fuel system cleaner through it as well as a bottle of sea foam.

It will work fine. Sounds like you've hit it hard already, not sure it will do the trick but it's worth a try.
