Another cracked window frame with the dealer ghosting me.

Hey guys, took my new body style 2019 1500 to the dealership I bought it from because the back window frame is cracked and leaking. They told me they had to take pictures and submit to Ram for approval.

Since then, they will not return my calls. Has anyone been through this, have to submit for approval for something they know to be a problem? Almost 2 weeks to get approval and fix my leaking truck is not acceptable.

Contact Ramcare on this forum. Give them your VIN, the name of the dealer and they will take care of you.

Yeah, I’ll have to reach out to them. Still nothing from my service writer or the service manager.

It sucks to have a new truck that I have to take on a 2,600 mile road trip this Friday with a leaking window.

Dang that’s tough. My dealer bugged the hell out of me to get the work done ASAP. I was the one dragging my feet. Maybe find a new dealer who will help you
