I have a 2015 Lonestar, When I bought it I bought the Lifetime no mileage extended warranty. I have 104,000 miles on the truck and it's never been in the shop for anything except oil changes.

Last week the check engine light came on. I checked it and it was the fuel sensor. I have a $100 deductible so I figured I let them fix it. I dropped it off on a Monday. They also found some manifold bolts broke causing the repair to go over the limit requiring an approval. They knew they would get approval or I would pay for it. Either way they needed to have the parts. It finally got approved on Friday at 9 am. It shouldn't have taken so long but the Mopar warranty department told me they were that far behind. So then the dealership calls me to say they don't have all the parts. They had to order them and they don't deliver on Saturdays. Why didn't they order the part earlier in the week? Now it's Monday, 1 week later, and they said they may not be able to get to it today. This is the largest RAM dealer in Dallas, Tx and I bought it from them. I was considering a new truck and I can tell you I won't buy it from them. But it wouldn't surprise me if all the dealers are this bad.

Just had to vent.
