Another new guy

Hi all!! I'm not new to dodge nor to forums. I have owned 8 daytona's, and still have my 92 Dodge Daytona IROC R/T that has 87K miles on the body but has a another motor in it. In 2009 I was a mod, then made my way to super mod and eventually made admin for another Dodge website. Did it for a total of 3 years and about a month ago decided to step down due to drama. I just brought my new toy home last night. She's a 2002 Dodge Ram quad cab with 156K miles. Ive been reading through threads for a couple weeks and decided to join. I will continue to read but I'm sure ill have questions as this is my first V8. I'm not really a "mechanic" but i do know my way around the 2.2 8V's and 16V's. First mod i want to do is a CAI. She already has a dual exhaust but one of the tips came off. ill post up some pics of my R/T and my new truck. Thanks for havin me

Only thing is gas mileage LOL I get about 22 city when im not boosting it. The nav in the truck said 12.X? average. Def. not used to that!

very!! Thats why i have my 4 banger, gotta love 22 MPG. Whats funny is my R/T is 224HP, ram is 235. I thought id have more HP than that! I would have went with the 5.7/9, but this one gets the best mileage and gas isnt cheap like it used to be

Im obsessed with daytona's, ive owned 8. Ive always wanted a Ram since the late 90's. Didnt like the way the newer Rams looked but that changed quickly and i had to have one. Im partial to the 02-05's. Since Im a turbo guy, I definitely see a Cummings in my future


My on buddy has a 93 Daytona that is over 500 HP. He runs a holset on it. I have plans to do the same to mine. I almost sold it to get the truck, but I just couldnt part with it
