Need to know if it's a 1500 or a 2500? What wheel diameters are you looking at?

Making a guess here
around 1994, Dodge changed from 1/2" studs to 9/16ths" SAE threads
About 2011, Dodge changed from SAE threads to Metric

The lug pattern of a Dodge Ram 1500 is 5 x 5.5″ (also referred to as a 5 x 139).

Yes, they will fit. 4wd they will slide right on with no issue. 2wd 94-99 is the only application that requires any extra effort. The offset of 3rd and 4th gen wheels is actually perfect on a second gen, too. I would recommend getting a bigger set of lug nuts, though. 2nd gen lug nuts will work, but the flare on them given they are 19mm hex is a bit small.
