If Ive just been filling up the radiator with water, what kind of antifreeze should I use?

Zerex G-05, no more than a 60% coolant ratio though.

On a freshly flushed system I generally use one gallon of antifreeze and the rest demineralized water. If your topping off after putting in nothing but plain water I would fill it the rest of the way with antifreeze, run if for a bit and then check it with an antifreeze tester to see what temps its good for.
