IMHO 35's and 4" lift look great. I have bilsteins set at 1.4" on top of my 4" lift. According to the tape measure, I have 5.0" of lift over stock fender height. Waiting for my rear springs to settle. Right now with 3" springs in the rear, I'm still about 1.25" rake. It should settle to about .75" rake.

I'm running 295/60r20s and they look a little small to me. My next tire will likely be 295/65r20s on my stock express black truck wheels or 325/60r20s with 1.25" wheel spacers.

6" Pro Sport lift with 35"x12.5" MTs

No ragrets on the 6" lift but to me, these trucks would look better with the 37s. I don't plan on re-gearing so I'm stuck with the look I have now, which I have to say...ain't all that bad!

I like that color and regrets oh boy yes! wish I had never dumped 8,000 into this 1/2 ton truck. one of the dumbest moves I have ever done..I'm really seeing it come to light as I'm trying to sell it

Do you have means for a 2500 + truck or do you just want a straight front axle so you can lift easier & higher ? LOL the OP SAID any regrets for Installing a 4" lift instead of the 6" ... I read it twice and he never mention any regrets for an 11" lift at all LOL !

Thatdude596, Good luck with your Sale bud ! You've got the cleanest lifted truck I've ever seen and low miles too !

I hope it's not because your cellphone didn't fit in the business card holder... You know you can buy a $95 piece of plastic that will convert it.

I've made my decision, then changed my mind again. Kinda like when deciding over 20" or 17" rims.

20" or 17" is a simple decision for me , in almost every case the "aluminum & steel " wheels weigh more than the rubber . Unless your going with a sidewall treaded tire like a SS TSX or something .
Which means less overall weight @ the hub to get turning = more throttle response low end tq and high end acceleration and a small + in mpg .besides I prefer the big tire look ! When I see 35s on 17" wheels I have to read the side wall for data because they look like 37s to me ...

I'm verrry happy I went with the 17s... But according to my "average" mpg on the dash, went from 15.7 to 13.8. Not sure how accurate it is, but still better than my 2011 had at about 8.5mpg average :)

If you went from a stock sized 31.5" to a 35" your going further with every rotation of the tire than is being recorded by the odometer . Therefore your -2 per gal is likely closer to one " that's based on your style and area your driving " someone else may have a.-4/5 mpg . Like many have said we don't purchase full size Hemi 4x4 trucks for the great mpg , kinda like my neighbors didn't buy their Electric Priest for its towing capacity. LOL !

Lol agreed. I figure It's not as accurate as it seems. But one thing I have noticed is that the shift points seem to have changed... As in it stays in a lower gear longer than usual and the mds is almost non existent unless coasting. Lots of hills out here in San Diego, added with the super 44, I almost have my shift points memorized on my daily commute to/from work.

Why not do the 4" lift and then add a 1.5" BL later if you have any "ragrets"? :)

I went with the level and 1.5" BL first since I couldn't afford a SL and tires/rims all at once. I still want to do a 4" lift at some point but I may push it off a little longer than originally planned. I'm still .5" under the limit for being able to squeeze into our local carwash, not sure I'm ready to give that up. lol

Eh, I'd prefer to stay away from body lifts completely. Start having to relocate and extend things (ie. Bumpers, exhaust, brake lines, etc...) Going to be a one time shot and be done. I also don't frequently go in parking garages, but on certain occasions it's the only option in the silly town of San Diego. Not sure if I would fit with 4" but almost positive I wouldn't with 6". I'll have to read the height next time. What I would like to have is 10" lift and 40s... But it isn't practical for me as my daily driver. I rarely wash my truck so carwash isn't a huge deal for me, but I completely understand your delima.

I just ordered the 5" front, 6" rear, superlift with super-ride shocks for the rear (anyone have experience with those?). Should be here in a couple weeks. Thanks a bunch for all the input and pictures!

No experience with any kit, but I'd get rid of that spacer in the back and keep the bils cranked because rake looks silly. Especially on a lifted truck

I agree that too much rake looks silly... But I think 3/4" or less is hardly enough to throw off the look, too much. Once I get this kit installed I will try to get it as level as possible.

If someone could recommend which ring would acquire this, I'd love to know it.

He probably told me wrong. First he said 4" rear then said 6. They're closed until Monday, otherwise I'd call right now.
