Bracket part is easy. Its just the thickness of the light bar is what im up in the air about. Im gonna go with a curved one but i want it recessed in and not sticking out. Want it sitting as close to flush with the bumper as possibleWas thinking about doing this with my 2011, bumpers look almost identical. Thinking a single row would fit, just need to fabricate a bracket.
View attachment 142315 I would love to add a light but unfortunately here in Texas we must have a front license plate and the holder covers a full third of the area that I could mount one.

If i was getting a mesh grill i would but im putting the newer big horn grill on it lol

That looks great. It's protected nicely also.
Sorry for not having a picture at the moment but I did what you are asking. My bar is on top of the bumper in front of the grille. I centered and marked the position of the bar and then used a Dremel to cut two squares through the vinyl cap on top of the bumper. I then marked where the holes would by for the lightbar brackets and added a rivnut into the top of the chrome bumper so I could bolt the lightbar down. Been on there for over a year now. I will try and upload a photo when I get home.
