Picking up a new 2021 Laramie crew cab 5.7 4x2 (3.92 gear) next week and planning on lifting it
and going to 35's (it's just a "looks" thing for me)

Just checking to see if anyone here has lifted their 4x2 5th Gen yet ??

Thanks

Are you going with the 7/4 ? I would suggest the 7/4 ... in case you ever want to go with 37s you are ready to go .... 7" lift with 35s looks really good ...

Trying to figure out how high it will sit to the top of cab with the 7" lift - any idea?
I want to make sure it will still fit in the garage, luckily I have an 90" high door opening, so I think I will be good

Maxtrac is the go to lift for 2wd RAMs. Great quality and they are a complete kit. Let us know if you would like a quote on anything

I’m just tad under 84” with a 6” lift and 325/60R20 tires (35.4”), so you should have plenty of room.

You will definitely fit with a lot of room to spare

I'm at 82" with the 7" and 37s so you should be fine ... my buddy has the 7"also from maxtrac with 35s and he has about 4 inches to spare

I’m installing a Maxtrac 4.5f 3r kit today and will let you know how it goes...pics...etc.

Nick from got exhaust hooked me up. Best price all-in, shipped. Got the bearing spacer kit as well, as I have a 2-piece driveshaft.

Now I just need to sort out my wheels and tires. Looking at Fuel Seiges, 20x10 (-18), with 35x12.5 on them. Not sure what is best tire for aggressive look and (semi) smooth ride. Thoughts? Also hoping the -18 will provide the slightly aggressive stance I want...around 1” or so.

Yes, they sure do. Just looking for someone that may have installed one for some thoughts on the install, etc.
The two wheel drives are pretty easy but also it depends on what kinda lift you decide to go with and how much your willing to pay also. Just remember if you go with something like a full leveling kit with just spacers but keeping the factory springs and shocks 3 inches is your max height in the front and rear anything higher than that you then you’ve got to replace the upper control arm, shocks, springs & so on.
I just installed a full leveling kit on my 2018 two weeks ago and I’m pretty happy with it. It was a 3”front 2” rear lift 35’s will fit just fine and also have a good stance to it also.

Here’s a before and after. If you run into any issues feel free to drop me a message.
