Anyone try Modifystreet headlights?

Liking that nice bright white! Looks excellent, that is some output, makes it like daylight. Can you let me know what resistor for the leds you used.

I believe they are built in to mine but to be safe I also have alfaobd so I just added the dealer code for led lows and brights.

Thanks MurphyJ, I am now just waiting for someone to retrofit one of these with sequential turns and I'm all in!. They are here in the flesh, seem to have enough light output to suit my needs and are about 85% of the looks and 35% of the costs of the "vapor lights".. and... this company seems to be truly responsive to the needs of the customer! Winning!!!

Looks good. Can you get an output shot against the wall at about 60ft?

Pretty impressive how good they look with LED bulbs. Maybe the rule isn't necessarily a rule? (projector = HID, reflector = LED)

They look good! I'm not so sure on the price tag though as these will run near $2000cad!

I requested a flat wall because its easier to determine where and how big the hotspot.

The rule does still apply to an extent....

LEDs will be good, HIDs will be better in a projector.

HIDs are annoying, LEDs are less annoying in a reflector...

LEDs turn on instantly, HIDs don't, nor do they like quick on/off (which is why they are bad for High Beams).

I prefer HIDs in my lows as they are the brightest option and never turn off once on.
I prefer LEDs in my High beams as when I turn them on, I want them NOW, not later...

My picture above into the treeline is HID lows, no high beams on in that pic...The High Beams on this set are still the standard H7 Halogen, are relatively yellow (which is actually a good thing when it comes to ability to actually see), and shine almost 100% above the low beam cutoff....I am impressed with where the High beams ends up.

I do plan to put in LEDs eventually for the High Beams, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Not knowing who makes their included HID kit, I think the best option is headlights only, then something like the Innovited kit from Amazon for low beams, and a Hikari LED set for high beams. Good low cost options for all 3 and they all seem to be pretty reliable.

Good to know. I'm definitely interested in seeing what they used for the led turn signal board if it's going to be a match to what's currently in the oem projectors now or if it's completely different. Mine won't be here until Friday and don't know when I'll have a chance to mess with them. Definitely want to know just how hard they will be to open up.

Did you get the drl to function in your test? I plan adding the drl wiring to my truck soon (should have the rest of the pins later this week) and would like to adapt it to work with these lights

These are not manufactured by ModifyStreet, these are made by a company called AlphaRex and they also make a set with the same looks, but with 4 led projectors inside.

The Alpharex site lists these headlights has having 2 different versions. The first version is the one everyone is currently buying and is for sale all over online. The second version, has a sequential switchback turn signal along the bottom strip, that is currently amber in the current sets. When I was speaking with a rep from Alpharex about wholesale orders, I asked about the 2nd version and he told me they will be in stock by the end of April.

So everyone who wants sequential strips along the bottom, and (as the AlphaRex site words it) "a dancing light show with the top and bottom strip when you first unlock your vehicle) the 2nd version of these lights will be shipping soon.

Interesting. I asked about that a couple weeks ago and they just told me "only the F150 models do that".

I see the "pro" model is available for the RAM, but the "pro" features dont come with it...weird.

Now I might wait even longer to see if they really do come out with the sequential signal version. Or maybe someone here will upgrade and sell me their original ones for cheap :)

EDIT: just saw your post with the screenshot. Website has been like that for weeks and is what made me contact them, because the Amazon "version" didnt mention sequential signals. They just told me only the F150 models get that....no mention of "in the works, check back soon".

Ughhh, another company coming out with lights I wouldn't mind looking into and no clear corners. Demand must be damn near obsolete..
There will be a version of these completely blacked out with clear corners and the internal led strips replaced with RGBW morimoto led strips.

Yeah we figured out that the were produced by alpharex. I know that they listed two versions of the cheaper set but only had seen gloss and flat and figured they were describing the quad projectors when talking about the sequential turns. Ordered a set of the flat black versions and were delivered Friday. Plan on swapping out the led turn signal for a switchback back strip

Is that an April date too? Man I really wanted to buy these now but now I have to wait longer.
