2016 5.7 Bighorn 1500. I can feel the bolt on the tensioner pulley, just like the upper pulley. They feel the same. O'Reilly's will have me 2 in an hour,

I'm hearing some rattling around there, nearing 100K.

Yes, they are, I changed both of mine and the rattling stopped.

Easy job with a ladder, piece of cake. The belt still looks good.
Nice! Btdt myself. My last truck had factory dual alternators so twice the number of pulleys/tensioners - F250 diesel. When I went to replace two I thought were going bad I got the sticker shock and then realized how much to do them all. Got myself a bearing removal kit from harbor freight and did them all for the cost of 1.5 of them. Timken bearings even! I don't think I'll be buying those again after going through that experience, and I've got the tool now to do the job quickly. LINK
