Messing with headlights last week, I found out the bottom interior of my grill is rubbing my bumper and making it rust. Not to mention eating the black paint.
Anyone else have this and or cured the situation?

Is everything mounted properly? Plastic pins broken? If I recall correctly there's a fair amount of gap between the HD's grille and bumper. Could put some foam tape in there as well.

There is an 1/8" gap now. But the bottom does move. Everything is in place.
