ARH Long Tube Headers - Dipstick?

Thanks Wild. I ended up buying the 24" long one and had it mounted to the brake booster. So far so good. Only question I have is if the hose touches the exhaust pipes, will this be a concern later on?

Put some header wrap on the header ,where the dipstick might touch the header

Are y’all sure this is the right item number it looked shorter when I put them side by side but I went ahead and installed it mine original one was leaking bad after I bent it to fit around the long tubes just trying to make sure before I replace the oil I lost

There's a 15" and 24" version,if you don't put the -24 on the end of the part number,you'll get the 15" version

24” was the right one I just lost a lot of oil from the leak

After about 2 years I finally got around to installing the dipstick on my ARH LT build.
Wasn't too bad. Here's how I arranged it so the curvature naturally gave it some space off the header.

I bent the OEM dipstick to work, but it kept popping outta place even with the metal zip ties I arranged.
The new install is much cleaner and works great!

I have called lokar every 6 to 8 months for years trying to get them to make me a 34 inch dipstick and they won't budge. I probably need to just get the shorter one.

I bent my dipstick tube installing my JBA LTs and the oem dipstick has been reading way low ever since, even after a fresh oil changing adding 7 qts. I figured it's just the way I bent it not allowing the stick to enter the pan at the appropriate angle.

Ask them if they will make you a universal one 34" long. You'll have to match it to your original dipsticks depth in the pan

Last time I asked for one that long, I think they told me the max they would it was much shorter. I don't remember how long to be exact

Things have sure changed at Lokar since i bought mine back in 15,back then i phoned them told them i wanted one 31" long with the hemi ends on it,and 10 days later it was on my doorstep in Alberta

Yeah I've been trying since I installed my LTs, which was probably about 5 years or a little more ago. In fairness, I haven't called them since covid though.
