I am looking to buy a factory instrument panel switch( Mopar# 5164912AC) to run fog lights, and other accessories. All the web sights say it will not fit on my truck.
2011 ram 2500 st.
I was going to buy the whole setup from 4gen ram products, but they are non existent as of now.
Can anyone help me? With some wiring and help verify this switch panel works.

You have just the blank Ram in that spot right now? If so I don't see why it wouldn't work. Do you have center console? If you don't maybe that's why it's saying it won't fit, as it uses the cigarette lighter connector for power.

A 4th Gen Aux switch bank isn't just some plugs and you're ready to go. It goes through the BCM and has settings in the EVIC. Also you use an aux relay box that mounts under the hood. Its alot more complicated then just switches.

some 2009 - 2012 Ram 1500 had this setup
You could remove the RAM insert piece too

I believe that the 2500 Rams, years 2010 - 2013 already had the switch box

With these years, the Trailer Brake was under the Headlight Switch
