Bed rail to sit flush

Hey everyone.

How would I go about getting the bed rail on the front passenger side to sit flush?

It really bothers me the the Mopar tonneau cover sticks up.

Heat it up with a hot air gun, and set something heavy on it while it cools

Thanks. I'll try that. I was thinking of using a heat gun. All the clips are fully seated.
Hope that's all it needs.

I know the tonneau cover isn't 'water proof' but so far no water has gotten in the box, even with a few bad rain/ wind storms.
