Are there any real differences between the two? Or is the Lone Star just a nod toward Texas National Pride?

Lonestars are only sold in Texas
I think they only come in crew cabs and in white, silver, black, blue and red
The seats are different and the have the logo in a few different places

They are pretty much the same. I actually wanted a lonestar edition(for pride reasons) but ended up with a bighorn. I bought my truck not long ago in AZ due to being stationed out the with the military. I thought about waiting until coming back to TX to buy my new truck but certain circumstances forced me to purchase sooner. I'm still happy with my truck though

My Lone Star is a quad cab. But I think you got the color options right.

My fiancée is from Ohio, and after six years of living here finally saw the light and became an Texas National a few months ago. We celebrated by barbecuing, drinking Lone Star and watching the Spurs win.
