Hi all. When you upgrade to bigger tires do you have to go to the dealership to get reprogrammed for TPMS and different tire size? Thanks

No on the TPMS, they will be fine . . . I don't think the dealer can program for anything larger than stock, but I might be wrong on that . . . I know some of the tuners can do that though . . . I don't think the speedometer is off enough with 35's to worry about it

Yes, dealers do have the ability to calibrate the speedo for larger tires but bowersfj is right, you can get a tuner and do it yourself. Also, it will be off close to 5MPH, thats how far off mine was

The dealer can only reprogram the speedometer/odometer for stock tire sizes. So if you go with a tire over 33 inches tall, you will need to buy a programmer and do it yourself. Probably not much more money anyway (for a recalibration programmer, not a computer tuner).
