I'm going to make this a constantly updated thread for the next six months to a year, depending on interest.

There are a lot of non-believers when it comes to oil catch cans and their effectiveness and use...I have no stake in anything regarding BT, but I'm aiming to disprove the rumors that it does nothing.

Today is DAY 1:

Starting mileage: 15280

Number of miles on this clean out: 3228

Empty 16oz water bottle:

Stay tuned for updates!

Interesting... Its nice to see someone is being scientific about this. I've debated putting one on but wanted to see proof before outing cash.

Pretty cool to actually see the amount that gets built up, I wish my 06 could have a catch can.

YUCK! That's pretty nasty if you think about it. Just what you need old dirty oil being sucked into the intake.

I believe the Oil Catch Can is only needed/designed for the 4th gen when it comes to trucks...I'm not sure on the LX platform.

The catch can fits on the lx hemis for sure. And it takes out just as much gunk

wow thats alot.

Catch cans can go on any vehicle that routes the oil breather back in the intake. I will be installing one on mine sometime too.
