Nice! Pretty sure those are the BFG KO2s? Almost got them but opted for Terra grapplers being 12lbs lighter per tire in my 305/60/R18 size. Really wanted the KO2s though...

So I am curious about your install. I am simply leveled on a 2" front end lift done by the first owner. My trucks rear end appears to sag unless its parked in a way that favors the rear end being a tad higher or more. If I park on level ground it looks pretty darn near level but maybe a tiny bit of sag in the rear end. If its parked in any way with the front end on higher ground it just looks dumb IMO as the ass end will really sag then. I have figured some 5100s would allow me to set the rear end up one setting and fix that. But if I want to stay leveled do I need to have the 5100s in the front at max height? Suppose I need to do some reading to see what all the adjustment options are for the 5100s...

I suppose a good starting point is where do the 5100s sit at the lowest setting? equal, lower or higher than stock...

Can you tell me more about the rear HD coils you did? And I assume you have the shocks maxed out height wise for the reasoning of them?

How about the ride quality? I have heard many say its stiffer yet rides nicer, kinda hard to explain.

yes, they are BFG KO2s, opted for the 285/65/20 which measure 34.5". No rubbing.
I just had the bilsteins installed at 2.8" and the truck was almost completely leveled. Within 3/8". Would be all fine and dandy if you not considering towing or put any loads in the bed I guess. It would probably sad with stock settings.
So I found those HD coil springs which are progressive and slightly softer than stock in the first rate and 75% stiffer in the second rate for more stability with payload or towing. Found a great deal here, since I am in Canada we always seem to get hosed for aftermarket or performance parts. Was thinking of going with coil spacers first but there pricey here too.

Info on springs: http://anyoffroadparts.com/i-4767744-icon-replacement-2009-dodge-1500-rear-coil-springs.html

You can find them cheaper somewhere else I presume but its a start. Or search Icon Springs.

Lowest setting on the 5100s is stock. that's for the front. In the rear you don't use height adjustable ones just some with more travel but I still use stock for now. Ride quality is good now, better then stock for sure.

Man, you guys got me second guessing the crap outta myself on this one. Anybody got a pic or schematic that shows this??

(Sorry to the OP for sidetracking, this just seemed like a logical place to post this given the conversation)
I'd change the washer location imo.
I've heard some pavement queen trucks sometimes take several thousand miles before the piston wears through the upper mount , some get the clunking much sooner . If the upper mount is damaged just get them at the dealer , pretty sure they are cheep.

Check out my bilsteins 5100 post linked below , I've noted the proper washer placement from an excerpt from the Bilstien's installation instructions.
Hope this helps !
