may I ask what did you replace with? did you upgrade to like a fancier trim panel? I'm curious because on my 2018, i'm considering looking for some replacements that actually have some cushioning to them and not just all that hard plastic. my elbow is getting calloused. lol

Haha I hear that. I replaced them with a set of Laramie door panels. It was a huge upgrade and I got them on eBay for $900 shipped.

I may do the same thing one day. That is a pretty good price. I have looked on ebay as well hard to find complete sets. Was it that difficult to swap them out? Can you post of pic of your news ones just to make me drool lol!

its simple to change door panels. 6 pins i think, pull an insert around the handle, pillar trim on back, a triangle on front (both pull by hand) the pins are just plastic allen wrench screw out the center screw then pull the pin surround. once you've done it, you won't believe how easy it was. and change your door speakers then too. lol.

Did these come out of a crew cab? Looking for quads.
I have the two rear quad door panels. PM me if interested.
