I need some ideas guys. I am really trying to get some "flare" from the truck and not be the typical black ram from the dealership. Although I'm new here, I've been on another forum a long time now.
2013 Ram. I'be plastidipped the emblems (F&R), debadged sides, LED's in fake scoops, even plastidipped the center wheel caps. I have the MF catback so the big tips are there and the Bakflip tonno...but still feel it doesn't really burst out like say a white or red or gray ram with black accents would. Any ideas? Thoughts? Pictures of yours?

had all rear lights tinted an clear coated......and tips powder coated gloss blk....just an idea for ya.

I don't know where you stand on vinyl graphics (personally they're not for me) but I always thought the black on black hood graphics would look good....just on someone else's truck lol link below.

+1 on the matte stripes. I was looking at them the other night, but I can't really justify $200 on stickers when I want a BT catch can, CAI, Nerf Bars too.... It would look super cool though.

I will eventually tint the tails. Not sure on the tips yet as the polished look looks good from the catback (5" tips). I'm not a huge fan of the all black theme...I like 'some' flare to pop out.

Try painting your brake calipers. A friend of mine just did his in lime green. The different color almost balances the look of the truck. I painted my black 1500 calipers in red. It looked nice and racey with the red tall lights I thought.

Also not sure what direction you want to go with your truck but you could add the pre-runner light bar on the front and have it powered coated a different color than your truck. Maybe the same color as your calipers (if you choose to paint them).

All great ideas Gents! The only problem with all black is Mopar caught on the idea and gave out the black express. So, its basically copying them.

I want to do the calipers for sure. Thats been on my list to do, but on hold because I want to replace the rotors with performance ones cause I feel these brakes kinda suck.

Something else you could do is have JJ from Retro Shop build you a set of projector headlights with dual color scheme. I plan to completely black out my truck as I'm not a fan of chrome on black. So at some point I will have him build me a set of projectors with an all black scheme. The only color I will put on my truck is a black license plate with an orange Tennessee "T" on the front. That could be a cheap option to make something pop and stand out.

Can u post a pic of your friends lime green calipers i'm thinking of painting mine lime green or red dont know which color to paint them yet.
