Black steel vs Powder coat oem rebel rear bumper

I have 2016 rebel with a messed up rear bumper, I ordered one online and got it, it’s a black steel, looks similar but the texture is different, what is the disadvantages on having the black steel compared to the textured rebel own rear bumper.

It's most likely only primer. The factory on the Rebel is powder coated. Disavantages, corrosion and appearence are the only things I can think of.
