It's probably a generic disclaimer they put on all their stuff or maybe dodge at one time made an AWD truck and I just haven't heard about it. Either way your good. Enjoy the modding!

I'm not really sure. I have always done my own stuff. I have heard of people getting charged 2 or 3 hundred to have the bilstein 5100's installed. So a whole lift will probably be double that for sure.

What the typicall price for install of a lift??

When I was going to put a 3 inch BL on my old ford I only paid like 150 for the lift but a shop 45 minutes away from me in Indy wanted like 560 or something to install it and I would have been truck less for a couple days. If you have a couple buddies and some detailed instructions it really doesn't look too challenging it just time consuming to say the least bit.

That's reasonable if it includes the alignment. A full lift install will probably be $800+ then alignment.
