Body Mounts 2003 Ram 2500

Hello,

It's probably asked several times but i can't seem to find it.
But the rear body cushions (55276259AC) and the body insulators (55275749AB) are no longer
available from Dodge.

Has anybody some good substitutes for those discontinued parts?
Maybe from a newer model Ram?, or some aftermarket stuff?

For me, because i'm from the Netherlands, it's very hard (and expensive) to get the right parts, there
aren't any local Dodge dealers so that's not an option. I'm just relying on google and you guys.

So if someone can help me, please do!

Already tried Rockauto.com, but the only thing they offer is a full set of polyurethane mounts from Energy Suspension.
That will be my last resort, but thank you for your reply.
