Brake bleeder clear hose size

Alright I replaced front pads 16 ram 1500 5.7 4x4 a while back and realized that one piston was chipped. I’ve been driving it like this for some time looking for a good deal on an oem caliper new. Just purchased one off eBay looks great what size inside and outside diameter will fit perfectly to bleed the brakes? I would like to get the tubing at ace hardware and replace caliper and not worry about it. Got it for $70 which I think is a good deal.

i would think would be either fit a 5/16ths or possibly a 3/8ths hose
just ask a Clerk for a 2" piece of hose, let them know that it is for a Test fit & that you will return for a longer piece
