Bully Dog finally starting custom tuning

So i was watching power nation and they said bullydog is gonna start custom tuning since merging with sct for the gt. In wondering if they will do it for all gt programmers or just thr nrw platinum gt cant wait to call tomorrow to find out whats the deal with it. their website says that theyll start custom tuning in January so i hope someone gets on the ball with the hemi cuz i like my tuner id just rather not spend 600 for a diablo tuner if i dont have to. If anyonr has checked into this plz enlighten me on what you knownof this subject

I didnt know this but sounds great. And yeah i know what u mean, those 600 hurt the pocket in many ways lol i was planning on getting an SCT but not fully sure yet. Im still doing my research. I know with this coming up, a lot of ppl are gonna jump on the bully dog wagon simply for most affordability.

Plus i heard their canned tunes are really great aswell.

Oh yea they are the only thing that was lacking was custom tuning so hoping this happen soon

Well ive heard lots of great things about them and with tje custom tuning option it will be even better. I might just make the leap and get a bully dog instead.

I spoke to a bully dog tech the other day and your right, he said that they are working on custom tunes but it will be for platinum series tuners. That's why they have different serial numbers, I think it's messed up because people will have to sale their GTs/Hemi plus and purchase the platinum. I told him that I was about to switch to either Diablo or SCT because they had become more advanced with the new programmers they offer. You can't get the most from aftermarket parts with the bully dog, to do that you have to add more fuel, timing, firm up the transmission, and throttle control. I like my Hemi plus, but at the moment it just doesn't allow me to maximize the performance of my vehicle.

Bullydog/SCT also does not offer any transmission tuning or speedometer calibrations for tire size. Diablo is still the best option for the 4th gens.
