Bumper conversion

I have a 19 Ram 1500 I’m wanting to mount an aftermarket front bumper that came off a 19 Ram 2500. I’m gonna need a conversion bracket I think? Any ideas? Has anyone done this?

Is your 19 1500 a new body DT or classic body DS? Either way the grill doesn’t match as the DS 2500 has squared off grill and the 1500s don’t.
