I hope someone can give me some insight on what may be happening with my truck. It is a 2019 1500 Limited with factory air ride, currently at 78k miles. Bought it less than a year ago. Air ride works perfectly fine. It had a small rattling noise on the driver side and it ended up being the driver side seat bar link. A few months into having the truck it started making a popping sound when turning either way, it’s a high pitched popping sound. So far I’ve replaced both sway bar links, inner and outer tie rods, and the driver side upper control arm. Front diff and axels were replaced when I purchased the truck as well. I’ve had multiple mechanics look at this thing and they all say the same thing that nothing has any kind of play in it everything is solid and tight. Popping noise will not go away. The truck has no modifications it is all stock. No vibrations at highway speeds or in town speeds. Rides beautiful except the stupid pop. I’ve heard and read everything from ball joints to tie rods and body mounts. Some people have said the rack and pinion is going bad but I figured it would give me stiff steering or something of the sort. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love the truck and just want to get this noise to stop.
