CA be suing, but what that legislation did was strip CA's rights for their separate emissions. CA will likely lose, but they literally sue like other states breath. A day without a lawsuit is like a day w/o sunshine, in the sunshine state. Let's just leave it there. What is really interesting is the smog check requirements, lol. It is a huge scam, they start the car, no CEL = you pass, lighter 56 bucks. I been doing this for decades, when they "upgraded" no more smog checks.
