Can I use factory USB with aftermarket radio

I installed a Pioneer DEH-P6300BT stereo in my 2014 Dodge Ram Express 1500. I have the USB port/aux input in my armrest and was wondering is there some type of harness to still utilize that? Obviously, I had to take the factory harness out of the stereo when I installed the aftermarket one and was hoping there was a way to use the factory USB. Thanks in advance for the help!

Can't be used. Mine will light up but when I plug a phone into it nothing happens

The USB splits off to other areas apparently, which creates a hub situation.
