Hey everyone. I am looking into a possible Cat issue on a 2014 RAM 2500 with the 6.4L and a custom exhaust. Can some one with a OBDII scanner take a look at there cat temps at idle and under load? I am seeing bank 1 with a much higher temp 200+ degrees than bank 2. Any help is appreciated. I am using PID SAE.CATEMP11 and PID SAE.CATEMP21

Ratket, yes bank 1 is hotter than bank 2. Do you have the ability to scan your OBD II PIDs if so it would be very helpful? At idle I see bank 1 at 847 and bank 2 at 650.

If anyone has the ability to check that would be great, got under the truck with an IR thermometer, pid said 1200, hottest point on the cat an surrounding piping showed ~570. I think the pid values might be skewed.

Perhaps a plan B is necessary if there inst anyone who can scan their PIDs. Are any members from Northern Ca? I am in the SF Bay Area and if there is another owner in Nor Cal that would let me plug my OBD II scanner that would work too. Please let me know!
