CEL Diesel service takes 1 month to service. Now no cruise control or AC.

So I just bought a 2014 RAM 1500 SL Ecodiesel with 114k miles on it and no sooner than getting home the CEL came on. OBDII showed P204F Reductant System performance and P20EE, SCR NOX catalyst efficiency below threshold. You can read the work order but in the end they replaced, DEF pump, line, SCR Cat and when that didn't fix the problem, eventually the PCM. Seems to run OK but since getting it back the cruise control and the AC doesn't work. I am assuming this could all be related since the PCM controls everything? Thank God the bill they said would have been over $5000 was covered under the extended warranty due to the CARB lawsuit (Still have 20k miles and 2 years on that ). I am hoping this can all stem from the same problem so this issue is covered under warranty too.

Did it just come out of the shop, as soon as the work was done ?

If so, give it several ignition cycles & the CPU will clear the hidden codes & everything should work again as designed

They said they had a 200 miles shutdown warning and so drove it 200 miles and it cleared before returning it to me.

New problem. After several ignition cycles now the CEL just came back on. Makes me think the codes were there soon after I picked it up which may be what is not allowing the cruise to turn on. Waiting for a call back from the service advisor.
